Goldman's Woodrat is a Mexican woodrat found in rocky, semi-arid habitats of the Chihuahuan Desert plateau in north-central Mexico. It builds typical pack-rat stick houses in rock crevices and cactus patches. Like other woodrats, it collects and caches plant material and builds large stick dens that persist for decades.
