Autumn Sage is a native shrubby sage of the Chihuahuan Desert and Mexican highlands that blooms almost continuously from spring through fall with small red, pink, or purple flowers. It is one of the most important hummingbird plants in the southwestern United States and northern Mexico, attracting black-chinned, ruby-throated, and Lucifer hummingbirds.
