Cloudberry is a low-growing plant of Arctic and boreal bogs and tundra that produces small, amber-colored berries with a taste somewhere between raspberry and mango. The berries are prized throughout Scandinavia, Canada, and Alaska as a wild food. Caribou, bears, and many tundra birds consume the berries, which are exceptionally rich in vitamin C.
