The Tres Marias Raccoon is an island raccoon endemic to the Tres Marias Islands off the western coast of Mexico. Like other island raccoon subspecies and species, it is smaller than mainland raccoons and shows behavioral and morphological adaptations to island life. Its limited range makes it vulnerable to any catastrophic event affecting these islands.
