Mock Orange is a native shrub of the Pacific Northwest and intermountain West, producing masses of fragrant white four-petaled flowers in June that smell powerfully of orange blossoms. It is the state flower of Idaho and grows on rocky slopes, canyon walls, and shrubby hillsides. Native bees are the primary pollinators.
