Lacy Phacelia is a California annual with finely cut, fernlike foliage and coiled clusters of lavender-blue flowers. It is one of the most important bee forage plants in western North America, providing exceptional pollen and nectar that supports bumblebees, native solitary bees, and honeybees. It is widely used in cover crop mixes for this reason.
