Foxglove Beardtongue is a tall, white-flowered native wildflower of meadows and open woods across the eastern United States. The genus Penstemon is one of the largest genera of native North American wildflowers with over 270 species. Several specialist bees in the genus Osmia and Anthophora are important pollinators of this species.
