The White Wagtail is a common Eurasian bird that breeds regularly in western Alaska and occasionally wanders along the Pacific Coast. It is black and white with a long, constantly wagging tail. It walks briskly along the ground with quick head movements and is one of the most familiar birds of Eurasian cities and farmyards.
